Lash'd Lounge Policies

ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time applying extensions. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to make up for lost time; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.        

 

REFUND POLICY

You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact Lash’d within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If there is a fix, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute touch up if it is the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

 

OTHER ARTISTS' WORK

New clients with extensions on must schedule an “Extended Fill”. If you currently have eyelash extensions from another lash artist, there is a good chance that your lashes will need to be removed and put back on properly. Because of the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications and state board regulations, there are many lash artists that have been improperly trained. At Lash’d, my priority is your natural lash health and eye safety . So if you are coming in from another lash artist, you agree that your current extensions might need to be removed and a new full set applied at the appropriate Full Set price.

RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment without penalty. As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out by text, email or both. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. You will be charged 100% of your service if you no show. After 2 no shows, you will no longer be able to book appointments online.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of your lash artist and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or rescheduling will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation/ no show policy is in effect.

CHILDREN

Please make child care arrangements before your appointment.  For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany an adult while they are receiving a service. This policy is for the safety of your children. You are not able to attend to your child while your eyes are closed.

PETS

In accordance with State Health Board regulations, pets or animals of any kind (other than service animals) are not allowed inside the lounge.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Our minimum age requirement for eyelash extension services is 18 years old. 16 and older may receive services, with guardian/parental consent.
